Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or comparable analytical experience
- Experience with EPM/CPM platforms such as Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful, or OneStream, along with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Advanced Excel skills with strong structure and auditability
- Working knowledge of three-statement mechanics — able to explain how the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement connect, and to build driver-based schedules within an existing model
- Intellectual curiosity, rigor, and honesty that is consistently accurate under tight deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity; prioritizes independently and knows when to seek direction
- Highly coachable; seeks and applies feedback quickly
- Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting
- Progress toward CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials preferred
Responsibilities
- Translate open-ended business questions into structured financial analyses and recommendations
- Analyze unit economics, contribution margins, and cost-to-serve metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of revenue, profitability, cost drivers, and operational performance
- Develop ROI analyses and business cases for capital investments and strategic initiatives
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
- Monitor and explain budget-to-actual variances and identify risks and opportunities
- Support and maintain driver-based financial models and forecasting tools
- Serve as backup for recurring management reporting functions
- Prepare schedules, exhibits, and analyses for executive and Board materials
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and insights
- Improve reporting processes through automation and standardization
- Support data integrity and reporting initiatives across finance and operational systems
