Our growing Finance team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join in our continued growth and progress towards operational excellence! In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide financial insights to your business partners, helping drive scalable growth and success. You must be a self-starter and possess a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic, high-growth technology company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must to develop relationships with senior executives as you help drive strategic business decisions. In addition to supporting key business leaders, you will be a key contributor to the Company’s financial planning and analysis processes, including ad-hoc modeling and decision support projects. This is a hybrid role based in our Mountain View office. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Partner with leadership to own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysisTranslate data and analyses into actionable insights to support day-to-day and strategic decisionsBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, support scenario planning, and guide investment decisionsLead ROI and business case analyses for key initiatives to ensure effective capital allocationEstablish financial discipline by reviewing and approving headcount and spend requests, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic prioritiesPrepare clear, concise financial materials for executive leadership, Board of Directors, and external stakeholdersDrive process improvements and help scale finance and cross-functional operations YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst within a SaaS or Software companyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a natural curiosityAbility to independently drive projects with a high attention to detailExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsBudgeting system experience (Anaplan is a plus)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferredExperience with SaaS business models beneficial COMPENSATION:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $115k - $135k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
