Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

Essential Job Duties

  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of financial results and operational expenses, offering insights to support executive decision-making.

  • Serve as primary finance liaison to IT data infrastructure team to ensure data completeness, accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.

  • Recommend corrective actions for data gaps, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.

  • Develop actionable dashboards that will measure progress against company objectives.

  • Build, maintain, monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) related to company performance including profitability and trends at the channel/category/SKU level.

  • Support ROI analysis for major initiatives through proper data tagging, allocation and aggregation.

  • Collaborate with channel and departmental leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, revenue quality improvement and cost optimization strategies.

  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness across various channels and departments.

  • Leverage data and automation tools to support the company’s rebate program and commission programs, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a strong academic track record.
  • A minimum of 5 years of finance experience, ideally in revenue analysis, expense management, or FP&A.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with Power BI or other data visualization software is essential.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including Power Query, VBA, and Power Pivot) for financial modeling and data analysis is STRONGLY preferred.
  • Experience with relevant financial software or systems is a plus.
  • NetSuite experience is a plus.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, the duties require the use of the hands to type and the ability to communicate, requires the ability to move about, some duties may occasionally require the ability to lift to 10lbs.
