Senior Financial Analyst - Finance - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union)

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting decision-making processes through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting. This position involves managing complex projects, analyzing data, and providing insights that drive strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management on financial and clinical analysis
• Design and generate standardized and financial patient level reports
• Analyze and interpret data for trend analysis
• Develop and maintain portions of clinic information structure in multiple systems
• Provide input and guidance to other team members, identify opportunities, and work on projects with moderate to high complexity
• Prepare and analyze periodic management reporting of financial results
• Evaluate and communicate findings to senior management
• Maintain oversight of financial operations and identify problems or trends for resolution
• Perform variance analysis and explain findings
• Review and improve existing accounting, reporting, and data management systems
• Contribute to the development and/or modification of financial systems and applications
• Identify and bring forward suggestions for organizational improvement
• Perform special projects to enhance process efficiency and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience
• Knowledge of computer simulation and forecasting techniques
• Ability to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to present financial information and models clearly
• Working knowledge of financial strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling high-pressure environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Familiarity with financial concepts and medical terminology

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required if not already held

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $95,680.00 - $158,230.00.
