About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst, Enterprise Financial Planning will support the newly integrated MRP&A and SP&A organization. This role involves supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, scenario management, CCAR coordination, and planning system governance. The position requires close collaboration with Reporting, Strategy, Data Center, and Control teams, and is designed for an experienced analyst capable of independently owning complex processes and supporting senior stakeholders across multiple planning cycles.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Profit Plan, Strategic Financial Plan (SFP), Forecast, and Scenario Development Processes
- Assist with Ownership and Governance of Enterprise Assumptions, Sensitivities, and Scenario Drivers
- Partner with Stakeholders to Translate Strategic Initiatives into Financial Impacts and Planning Inputs
- CCAR & Regulatory Planning
- Coordinate Planning Inputs and Timelines Related to CCAR and Regulatory Forecasting Activities
- Support Documentation, Controls, and Governance Associated with CCAR Planning Processes
- Potentially Partner with Strategy, Reporting, and Control Teams to Ensure Consistency Across Regulatory and Management Views
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, strategic planning, or a related finance role
- Experience Supporting Enterprise Planning, Forecasting, or Regulatory Processes Strongly Preferred
- Familiarity with Planning Systems (Anaplan Experience Preferred)
- Strong Analytical Skills with Ability to Interpret Complex Data and Communicate Insights Clearly
- Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities and Operate Independently with Limited Oversight
- Advanced Excel Skills; Power BI or Similar Analytics Experience a Plus
