Senior Financial Analyst, Decision Support

The Senior Financial Analyst, Decision Support role is key to guiding strategic decisions, supporting investment prioritization, and driving long-term value creation across the business. This role delivers outstanding financial insights and analytics to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and business performance. You will collaborate closely with finance, sales, supply chain, and commercial strategy teams to support transformation projects and improve operational efficiency in a highly collaborative culture that promotes innovation and continuous development.
Responsibilities
- Source, validate, and analyze data using SQL, Snowflake, and other platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Build financial models and provide objective analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
- Evaluate business performance, identify key financial drivers, and support investment decisions across revenue, cost, and capital allocation.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and executive reporting needs.
- Build and maintain strong collaborator relationships across multiple business units, partnering with stakeholders to guide and influence key business decisions.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for decision makers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate insights effectively.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives, focusing on cost efficiency, revenue growth, and process improvement.
- Find opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and data processes to enhance decision-making speed and quality.
- Encourage a setting that prioritizes data-informed choices and persistent progress.
- Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities and provide solutions in ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Experience with SQL; exposure to Snowflake, Python, and other analytics tools preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Microsoft D365 ERP, Salesforce, or TM1 is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed environment with strong influencing skills.

Pay
Pay range: $70,000 – $130,000 per year. Final offers will be based on experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
Schedule
Travel expectations: up to 25%.
