Senior Financial Analyst
About the role
Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of a planning & forecasting solution in Anaplan. This role will implement and support a scalable, driver-based planning platform for financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Anaplan solution architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical model designs
- Design and develop Anaplan models, modules, dashboards, and calculations aligned with business requirements
- Support integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., data hubs, finance systems)
- Communicate analytical insights, trends, and patterns to various stakeholders
- Support model deployments, testing (UAT), and documentation of solutions
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling processes
- Communicate model design, model assumptions, outputs, and insights to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in finance, including support for financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes
- Project management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with other planning and forecasting systems (e.g. BPC, EPM, or similar tools)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Preferred: Project management experience, Strong Microsoft Office experience, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Familiarity with other planning and forecasting systems (e.g. BPC, EPM, or similar tools)

Benefits
At Zurich, you may be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. Our pay range is $95,900.00 - $157,000.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for employees and their families.
