Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Join Veralto’s Corporate Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role is central to managing lease accounting across Veralto’s global operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator of the Lucernex lease accounting platform, overseeing global lease data.
• Manage and review lease accounting calculations, including lease liabilities, ROU assets, lease expense, and amortization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure lease-related financial information is complete and accurate.
• Provide accounting guidance and consultation on lease accounting transactions and ASC 842.
• Support SEC reporting activities, including drafting footnotes, MD&A, and other financial reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process enhancements and innovations in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to lease accounting, technical accounting, and SEC reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of accounting, financial reporting, and/or public accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, especially lease accounting under ASC 842, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC regulations.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Lucernex, Oracle, OneStream, and Workiva tool experience.
• Exposure to AI agents and tools in a financial setting.

Skills

Veralto offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year, with potential for bonus pay.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

Schedule

This position is hybrid and will be located in Waltham, MA.
