About the role
High-visibility position with exposure to multiple areas of the business. Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes that help guide key business decisions. Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and leadership teams to deliver insights and support strategic initiatives. Opportunity to make a direct impact through financial analysis, planning, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
- Develop reporting packages and dashboards covering key business and revenue metrics
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and business analysis
- Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to ensure alignment between management reporting and financial statements
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and growth initiatives
- Prepare materials and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, efficiency, and data quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Required)
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue drivers
- Ability to go on site 4x a week

$90,000–$110,000 + bonus
