About the role

We're partnering with a growing, multi-site healthcare organization to identify a sharp Senior Financial Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a highly visible opportunity offering direct exposure to executive leadership and the chance to make a meaningful impact within an evolving FP&A function.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and executive reporting packages that support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and operational leaders to improve reporting, planning, and overall business performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Help drive process improvements and contribute to the continued growth and sophistication of the finance organization.

Requirements

  • Approximately **3-6 years** of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Healthcare, physician practice, or multi-site operating experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience building executive-level reporting and translating financial data into meaningful business insights.
  • A naturally curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and can work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with leaders across the organization.

Skills
