About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will facilitate the company’s financial and strategic objectives by leading core financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes to drive growth and operational performance improvement. Reporting to the Finance Director, FP&A, this role partners across finance teams to support initiatives including revenue and cost performance analytics, financial reporting, data analysis, sales analytics, M&A, and ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepares financial and statistical models by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Identifies opportunities for improving operational processes through analysis and assists in developing sound business processes, methods, improvements, and operational changes.
- Partners with the finance leadership team to evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
- Monitors site-level revenue and expenses, provides analyses and reports, and offers recommendations.
- Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding base business improvement, new business investments, and deal modeling.
- Manages P&L responsibilities.
- Assists in the development of the annual operating budget by compiling and analyzing historical data, contractual financial terms, and economic indicators.
- Develops and manages pro forma valuation models and financial models, including identification of opportunities, forecasts, and contract structures.
- Supports integration planning and execution by coordinating resources to ensure business continuity and integration success.
- Conducts special projects to analyze complex scenarios and prepares recommendations for leadership.
- Demonstrates integrity and authenticity as a company representative.
- Handles other ad-hoc finance and operational projects, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in finance, consulting, or transaction advisory.

Pay
Annual base pay range: $85,000 – $100,000. Eligible for annual incentive bonuses based on job classification and policy guidelines.
