Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, operational initiatives, and overall business performance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, including executive summaries, trend analysis, and key business insights.
• Analyze forecast-to-actual results, identify key performance drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operational and business partners to evaluate financial performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and ongoing financial planning activities.
• Auxiliary with long-term planning, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling to support organizational growth initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Partner across departments to ensure alignment between financial objectives and broader business strategies.
• Auxiliary with compliance, regulatory, and reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
• Insurance or financial services industry exposure preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities
• Experience with ERP/reporting tools such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or Power BI
