Under general direction of the TRMC T&E/S&T Program Manager, this senior position supports overarching financial management of the T&E/S&T Program for the Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Track all of the T&E S&T investment program’s programmatic documentation and budgets, including every transaction for every program, project, and subproject.
- Provide snapshots of programmatic status and budget, obligations, expenditure, and accruals at any point in time; project future performance and perform "what-if" exercises.
- Develop, implement, and maintain tools for tracking program performance to enable financial or other programmatic decisions based on performance data.
- Regularly produce programmatic and financial performance assessments based on input from the field for the investment programs.
- Establish and maintain contact with the investment program’s programmatic and financial leads, as well as the TRMC CFO and MIPR analysts, to track all financial transactions and other programmatic data.
- Archive programmatic information using best practices, including financial data.
- Produce data products and briefings for senior-level leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of prior directly relevant experience; relevant Department of Defense financial management experience.
- Keen understanding of federal government budget/accounting systems, processes, procedures, and regulations; familiarity with federal financial databases.
- Strong analytic, administrative, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Strong financial management and planning skills.
- Ability to initiate, facilitate, and maintain sensitive relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented.
- Hard-working, dependable, and able to work without direct supervision.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required for U.S. government security clearance.

Pay
Estimated starting salary range: USD $103,550.00/Yr. – USD $172,450.00/Yr. Salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
