Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and validation of monthly expense accruals to support accurate financial close activities.
• Produce recurring financial reports that provide clear insight into operating results and expense performance.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results and develop concise variance explanations for leadership review.
• Prepare and assess monthly expense forecasts to help maintain visibility into expected financial performance.
• Contribute to budgeting, planning, and finance operations activities that support broader business objectives.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting needs, financial analyses, and special assignments as priorities arise.
• Apply accounting principles and internal finance practices to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance in deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and confidence working with standard computer applications.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end financial processes.
• Experience preparing financial reports, expense forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review work for accuracy and completeness.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting.
