About the Opportunity

The Senior Financial Analyst supports financial planning and analysis across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This role helps improve forecast accuracy, provides actionable financial insights, and supports the organization's continued growth. Working across a lean finance function, the position partners with multiple teams to align financial goals with operational plans and maintain strong financial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven analysis and strategic insights to senior leaders by managing departmental spending across technology, marketing, and operational expenses.
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting financial statements and company objectives.
• Support quarterly forecasting updates and investor financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the People team to align hiring plans and headcount spending with financial forecasts.
• Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations with accuracy and cross-functional coordination.
• Analyze vendor spending and support contract renewals to improve spend visibility and resource allocation.
• Support accounts receivable reconciliation, claims analysis, and issue resolution to improve cash flow forecasting and revenue accuracy.
• Manage partnership payments in collaboration with the Partnerships team.
• Investigate forecast variances and financial trends to identify root causes and proactively communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or consulting with strong financial principles and modeling skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for supporting individuals with complex chronic needs.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• Salary range: $115,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Equity compensation package.
