About the role
The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis and reporting support to the company's finance team. They will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for senior management
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and variances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
