Senior Financial Analyst
About the role
This position plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst partners closely with leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and insights that drive performance and long-term growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial analyses in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday & Friday. Address: 1100 Circle 75 Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate monthly financial analyses for management that provide insights into the company’s performance
- Analyze financial and KPI performance versus budget and forecast and identify key drivers and trends
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and other teams to ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting
- Assist with preparation of materials for management, board meetings, and investors as needed
- Improve and streamline financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience (investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance preferred)
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Index, Match, Sumproduct, Indirect functions, Power Query, and relational databases)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), SQL, NetSuite, or related financial systems
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Highly motivated and ability to work independently
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
