About the Role

Responsible for complex and interpretive financial analyses. Provides periodic reports and special studies for management. May oversee the unit’s annual budget process, expense/service fee/staff forecasts, or statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. May coach less-experienced Financial Analysts. This role typically requires between 5 and 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and interpretive financial analyses.
• Prepare periodic reports and special studies for management.
• Manage or support the unit’s annual budget process, including expense, service fee, and staff forecasts.
• Conduct statistical reporting, such as financial performance analysis, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
• Mentor and coach less-experienced Financial Analysts.
