About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial partnership and analytical support to the GROE (GTM Strategy, Revenue, Offers & Enablement) and HQ Sales Operations organizations, while leading world-wide consolidated OPEX planning for the GTM Sales organization. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the office and reports to one of the following offices only: San Jose, CA; Raleigh, NC; or Vienna, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead OPEX analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting; identify key cost drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reporting packages, and dashboards that improve visibility into operating expenses, forecast accuracy, and performance against plan.
• Collaborate and manage daily activities with Finance Center of Excellence and cross-functional team resources.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to functional leaders, communicating financial performance, spend drivers, and actionable recommendations to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accrual review, actuals analysis, forecast comparisons, and clear explanations of variances versus plan and prior forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting processes, enhance controls, and improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of OPEX reporting.
• Operate with strong ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, and related planning or reporting tools to deliver accurate analysis and scalable reporting solutions.
• Scope of activities includes forecasting, reporting, variance analysis across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success as well as ad-hoc analytics pursuits.

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Pay

The target salary range for this position is 129,200 - 175,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range.
