About the role
As the primary finance analyst and a trusted partner to our chief financial officer and executive leadership team, you will provide meaningful insights that influence strategic decision-making, financial performance, and long-term growth. In this highly visible role, you will analyze financial trends, evaluate balance sheet strategies, assess capital adequacy, and contribute to major organizational initiatives. You'll develop sophisticated financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and executive reporting that help leaders navigate opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in banking, credit union, or other financial services analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience developing financial models and forecasts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
Starting range: $65,062.76 to $85,000.00 annually.
