Essential Functions

• Maintain or modify all financial analytic models in use.
• Interprets financial information by consolidating, studying, and analyzing data.
• Train junior analysts and sometimes review their work.
• Prepares and presents analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to senior business and finance leaders.
• Interpret results of financial analysis procedures.
• Supports operational and administrative decisions affecting finance, budget preparation and monitoring, budget analysis and projection.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Experience: 3-5 years required experience in accounting, finance or related field. 2-3 years experience in healthcare preferred.
