Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of accounting, finance, audit, or financial analysis experience
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus, but not required
- Experience within financial services, professional services, public accounting, or other complex financial environments preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze internal financial statements and management reports
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting efficiencies
- Absorb external audits and other financial reviews as needed
- Document and enhance financial procedures and workflows
- Participate in special projects and strategic finance initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with ERP, accounting, or financial reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
Compensation
$90-105k
