For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Own annual budget and rolling forecasts for R&D, covering various costs
- Serve as finance partner for R&D, addressing budget queries and scenario modeling
- Build business case models guiding R&D investments and initiatives
- Model investment trade-offs for R&D and track performance against business cases
- Support growth targets by modeling R&D investments and their revenue potential
- Oversee cloud hosting cost reporting, forecasting actuals by product line
- Identify optimization opportunities in cloud portfolio and collaborate on cost implications
Qualifications
- 5-8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical roles in SaaS/technology, with R&D support as a plus
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, headcount modeling, and variance analysis, particularly for R&D structures
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure economics and cost modeling
- Deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics like ARR and NRR with ability to build accurate models
- Experience with product-level P&L models, including revenue and investment allocation
- Proficient in utilizing AI tools for financial modeling and data analysis while assessing their validity
- Ability to operate in under-defined environments and deliver credible analysis
Pay
$96,000 – $120,000 annually
