Partner with Impact. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting reporting, forecasting, and analysis across Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra Insurance. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to deliver accurate reporting, identify key drivers, and support decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling. This position plays a key role in maintaining visibility, supporting planning processes, and providing insights into business performance across multiple product lines and distribution channels. What You’ll Do: Complete ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes of Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra InsurancePrepare and analyze monthly results, including variance analysis vs. prior period and budgetDevelop reporting packages and dashboards covering key metrics such as AUM-based fees, commissions, premiums, and net flowsBuild and maintain financial models to support projections and analysisPartner with FP&A and Accounting to ensure alignment between reporting and financial statementsPerform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and growth initiativesSupport preparation of materials for leadership and external stakeholdersContinuously improving reporting processes and data quality What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field. 4-6 years’ experience using advanced Excel functionality. Master’s Degree or CFA a plusStrong understanding of financial analysis and revenue driversAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to work with large datasetsSolid understanding of financial statements and accountingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with cross-functional teamsProven ability to partner effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholdersHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Internal Application Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
