Senior Financial Analyst
Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) is a strategic business partner responsible for revenue forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A, this role supports business growth by delivering actionable insights, evaluating new opportunities, driving process improvements, and presenting data in a clear and compelling manner.
IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL SERVE AS THE FINANCIAL EXPERT IN KEY AREAS:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned revenue and operating expense areas.
Develop and maintain financial models, monitor performance against plan, and provide actionable variance analysis and recommendations.
Partner with business leaders to improve forecast accuracy and support achievement of financial objectives.Business Partnership & Strategic Analysis
Serve as a trusted business partner to Sales, Operations, and Corporate leaders by providing financial insights that support decision-making.
Lead financial modeling and business case development for new opportunities, strategic initiatives, and operational investments.Reporting, Communication & Storytelling
Support KPI reporting, management reporting, and performance analytics.
Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership in a compelling and concise manner.Process Improvement & Analytics
Identify and implement opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline planning, reporting, and analytical processes.
Develop tools, dashboards, and metrics that enhance visibility into business performance and increase organizational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or related analytical rolesGood written and oral communication skills
Advance working knowledge in both Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge in ERPs & Business Intelligence Reporting a plusAbility to collect, evaluate and interpret data, in both statistical and narrative form
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences
