Job OverviewWe’re looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Team in a hybrid environment. What You’ll DoLead company-wide commission calculations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectivesDrive commission analytics and financial modeling to identify trends, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-makingEnhance commission processes, logic, and reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sales rep visibilityPartner cross-functionally to implement compensation plans, educate Sales on commission programs, and support forecasting and budgeting through commission accruals What We’re Looking For5+ years of FP&A and business partnership experience, preferably within software, internet, SaaS, or related industries.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills, including expertise in Excel and complex model development.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with a curious, proactive approach to identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and tackling new challenges.Bonus points if you also have:Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, in particular, an understanding of key financial and operational needle moversSaaS business industry experience and familiar with the metrics behind itFamiliarity with Alteryx, Tableau, and AI Tools (Claude) Salary Range: $81,000 - $110,000 USD
