• Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPI reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Sales Operations and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support for leadership.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve financial and operational performance.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives across finance and business functions.
• Utilize AI and digital tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive finance or financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Lookups, and data analysis tools.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
