Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance analysis activities.
• Analyze operational performance, investments, and capital projects to identify financial impact and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
• Partner with business leaders to create meaningful financial and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Present financial and operational insights, recommendations, and business cases to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a large consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting/analytics solutions, data modeling, and process improvement initiatives; SAP preferred.
