This Sr. Financial Analyst opportunity offers the chance to shape reporting, influence key manufacturing decisions, and make a measurable impact within a growing organization. You will have the opportunity to build, improve, and influence reporting rather than simply maintain existing processes. Gain visibility across manufacturing, finance, planning, and executive leadership teams while working with advanced data and reporting tools including Power BI, SAP, OEE metrics, and operational performance dashboards. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting tools.
- Analyze manufacturing, productivity, OEE, and operational performance data.
- Utilize SAP to gather, validate, and report critical business information.
- Partner with operations, manufacturing, planning, and finance leaders to drive decision-making.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements through data analysis.
- Create meaningful insights and recommendations that support organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of analytics experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Power BI expertise is required.
- SAP experience preferred.
Pay
$75,000 - $95,000
Schedule
Hybrid opportunity: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
