Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the FP&A group in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting for domestic and international markets.
• Communicate with department heads and senior management; data input; prepare and distribute financial reports; compile supporting documents for presentation to the Board of Directors.
• Maintain monthly departmental P&Ls and executive reporting packages along with executive summaries and financial commentary related to variance analysis.
• Support delivery of ownership and board-level financial reporting materials.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment analysis.
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by FP&A management.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts and actuals and support for month-end close review and analysis as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4–8+ years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, comfort with ambiguity, ownership mindset, and executive presence
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, scenario analysis, or strategic finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
• Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning preferred)
• Experience with private equity backed firms a plus
