We’re a boutique firm, so you’ll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy. Job Description Run standard Excel calculations and verify outputs against source documentsGather and organize documents needed for transaction closingsUpdate trackers, checklists, and internal databases as deals progressReview completed templates for errors and flag discrepancies to senior team membersRespond to routine internal requests for data or status updates Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required3-4 years' experience in real estate or finance a plusCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word and ExcelEffective time management and ability to multitaskAttention to detailStrong writing skills Additional Information Compensation is $90-100K
