Amazon Freight Finance is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join its Transportation Finance team. Day‑to‑day work blends deep financial analysis, collaborative problem‑solving, and strategic partnership with Operations, Pricing, Product, Sales, and cross‑functional teams, including reviewing Operations Cost for headcount, bad debts, marketing and CAPEX Cost to spot trends that inform leadership about the financial health of operations. Each day brings unique challenges requiring creativity, precision, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for understanding the financial drivers of a rapidly scaling business, supporting cost‑saving initiatives through financial analyses, stakeholder meetings, and identifying opportunities to reduce cost to serve while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Own and perform OPEX planning for Truck Load, Less-Than Truck Load and Inter-modal businesses through building of input based drivers that demonstrate required productivity year over year.
