About the Role
The Financial Aid team assists students in financing their education by reviewing files and administering federal, state, and institutional aid, including grants, loans, and work-study programs. Their work helps to remove barriers to college access and completion by simplifying the aid process. We seek individuals who exhibit integrity, care, intentionality, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Review and administer federal, state, and institutional financial aid.
- Assist students in financing their education through grants, loans, and work-study programs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 48 months of financial aid, general office, clerical, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of federal financial aid.
Pay
Targeted salary of $43,000 annually, based on experience.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
