Senior Financial Aid Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs in compliance with all applicable regulations, including Title IV requirements
• Ensure adherence to policies set forth by the US Department of Education and other regulatory bodies
• Student packaging, awarding, verification, and disbursement processes
• Maintain monitoring of regulatory changes and implement operational updates to maintain compliance
• Provide comprehensive financial aid counseling to prospective and current students and families
• Guide students through FAFSA completion, verification requirements, and funding options
• Resolve complex financial aid issues with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
• Utilize and maintain student information systems to ensure accurate processing and reporting
• Perform exit interviews and loan counseling to students upon graduation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3+ years of financial aid experience in higher education
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and regulatory accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to student service and institutional mission

Pay

Maximum Salary: USD $62,843.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary: USD $50,274.00/Yr.
