This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established book of business, work alongside a respected lead advisor, and build a long-term career with significant earning potential. The firm manages approximately $300 million in AUM and is on a strong growth trajectory. The right candidate will serve as a trusted partner, taking ownership of client relationships and contributing meaningfully to the firm's continued expansion. This is not a business development-first role. The priority is delivering exceptional service to an existing client base - primarily high-net-worth individuals ranging from $200,000 to $10 million in assets - while identifying organic growth opportunities within those relationships. Over time, as trust is established, the advisor will take on increasing responsibility and autonomy. The office environment is quiet and focused - a sharp contrast to the noise and bureaucracy of a large wirehouse or corporate firm. The lead advisor values autonomy, results, and trust above all else. During the first one to two years, the new hire will be expected to be in the office regularly as they onboard, build relationships, and support the firm's succession transition. After that period, the firm offers significant flexibility - if clients are well-served and the work is excellent, where and how you work is largely up to you. This is a firm in growth mode. AUM is growing 30-40% annually, and the team expects to expand further in the coming years. The lead advisor is generous, collaborative, and committed to rewarding the right partner well. If you are entrepreneurial, independent, and ready to build something meaningful, this is an exceptional opportunity.
