The Senior Finance & Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting Fidelity Bank’s financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. This position analyzes financial performance, develops budgets and forecasts, prepares management and regulatory reporting, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership. The role also supports asset/liability management activities, financial modeling, and business case analysis while driving process improvements through the use of AI and automation tools. Working collaboratively across the organization, the Senior Finance & Planning Analyst helps ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of financial information while contributing to the Bank’s overall financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Conduct variance, trend, ratio, and financial modeling analyses to support management decision-making.
- Support regulatory, SEC, and internal financial reporting requirements.
- Develop business case, cost-benefit, scenario, and feasibility analyses.
- Assist with asset/liability management reporting and financial planning initiatives.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve finance processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain financial controls, validate data integrity, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with business leaders, auditors, examiners, and internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
