We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. Given posting: - Title: Senior Finance & Operations Analyst (but we don't repeat as heading) - Location: New York, NY - Work arrangement: Full-Time | Hybrid, Tuesday through Thursday in Office - Base Salary: 100,000–125,000 + 10% target bonus - How to Apply: remove (application instructions) - About the Role: paragraph(s) - What You’ll Do: list of duties (Finance, Planning & Reporting; Systems, Data & Process Improvement; Business Operations & Special Projects) - Who We’re Looking For: paragraph - How Performance Will Be Measured: list (Accuracy and quality, Reliability, Judgment, Problem solving, Communication, Adaptability, Growth in ownership) - Required Qualifications: list - Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable: list (plus) - Why O’Leary Group: paragraph(s) - About O’Leary Group: paragraph(s) - Compensation & Benefits: list (Base salary, Target bonus, Medical..., etc.) - Work Arrangement: Full-time, hybrid position based in New York City In office Tuesday through Thursday - Equal Opportunity Employer: remove (boilerplate) We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include. - About the role: we have "About the Role" paragraph(s). Use heading

About the role

and include the prose. - Responsibilities: we have "What You’ll Do" with subcategories and bullet points. Should be a list. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • ... each duty. We need to preserve all substantive info. Could combine subheadings? Not allowed to add extra headings besides those listed. So we can just list each duty as li items, maybe grouping with dash? But we need to preserve content. Could include the subheadings as part of li text. Eg: "
  • Finance, Planning & Reporting: Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and the company’s financial outlook ..." etc. That preserves. - Requirements: Could be "Required Qualifications" and maybe "Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable" as optional? But we have a separate "Qualifications" heading allowed. We could put Required Qualifications under Qualifications heading. And maybe Skills heading for skills like Advanced Excel, etc. But we have "Required Qualifications" list includes: 3+ years experience, Bachelor's degree, Strong foundation in finance..., Advanced Excel skills, Strong analytical..., Strong written..., Ability to organize..., Ability to learn..., Willingness to be hands-on. That's qualifications. Could also include "Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable" as a separate section maybe under Skills? But we have Skills heading allowed. Could put those as Skills. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Required Qualifications and Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable under Qualifications? But we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed. Could put Required Qualifications under Qualifications, and the "Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable" under Skills (since they are specific experiences/skills). Or we could put them together under Qualifications and skip Skills. But we need to decide based on content. We also have "How Performance Will Be Measured" - could be considered Requirements? Not exactly. Could be under Requirements? But we have no heading for performance metrics. Could we include under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could we create a separate section? Not allowed headings besides the list. So we need to fit it somewhere. Perhaps under Requirements? But it's not a requirement; it's how performance measured. Could we put under Responsibilities? Not really. Could we put under Qualifications? Not really. Could we put under Skills? Not really. Could we omit? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must include that info somewhere. If we cannot create a heading for it, we need to embed it within an allowed heading as prose or list. The allowed headings are limited; we can still include content under those headings even if not a perfect match. For example, we could put performance metrics under "Requirements" heading as a list. Or under "Skills". But better to put under "Requirements" as it's about what is expected. However "Requirements" heading is ambiguous; we could use it for both qualifications and performance expectations. But we also have "Qualifications" heading separate. So we could use "Requirements" for performance metrics, and "Qualifications" for required qualifications. That seems reasonable. Thus sections: - About the role (About the Role paragraph) - Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) - Requirements (How Performance Will Be Measured) - Qualifications (Required Qualifications) - Skills (Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable) maybe also include some skill items like Advanced Excel etc but those are already in qualifications. Could also include "Strong foundation in finance and accounting" etc but those are qualifications. We'll put experience plus maybe some skill items under Skills. - Benefits (Compensation & Benefits list) - Pay (Base salary and target bonus) maybe separate from Benefits? The posting includes Base salary and target bonus under Compensation & Benefits. We could put Pay section with base salary and target bonus. Benefits section with insurance, leave, 401k, etc. Schedule: Work Arrangement (Full-time, hybrid, Tuesday-Thursday in office). So we need Pay and Schedule sections. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: How to Apply, Equal Opportunity Employer, maybe also "O’Leary Group is an equal opportunity employer." Remove. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:

    About the role

O’Leary Group is hiring a Senior Finance & Operations Analyst to work directly with our Head of Finance & Operations as we continue building the financial and operating infrastructure behind a growing company.
