Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecast, and budget for an entity, site, or division
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts as the core of the role
• Analyze manufacturing cost performance — absorption, variances, standard cost, inventory valuation, COGS, and gross margin — and explain the drivers to leadership
• Provide P&L, balance sheet, and income statement analysis at the entity level
• Partner with operations and site leadership to connect factory performance to financial results

Requirements

• FP&A / corporate finance with demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and AOP for an entity, site, or division — not a supporting role on someone else's number
• Manufacturing cost fluency: absorption, variances, capitalization, inventory valuation, standard cost, COGS, and gross margin
• Manager or Senior Manager caliber scope — ownership breadth matters more than title band
• Manufacturing industry background (any sector — A&D, industrial, medical device, automotive, contract manufacturing)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Aerospace and defense manufacturing
• Standard-cost / absorption environments
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Pay

$160,000 - $200,000 per year
