Senior Finance & Corporate Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build sophisticated financial models, including DCF, valuation, scenario, and sensitivity analyses
• Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate development opportunities
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to identify growth opportunities and business risks
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to executive leadership
• Support due diligence and transaction execution for strategic initiatives
• Analyze operational efficiency and cost-saving opportunities across the business
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify process improvements and leverage AI and automation initiatives
• Create financial insights that drive informed, data-based business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while working independently

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions or strategic transactions, Background in utilities, infrastructure, energy, or other regulated industries, MBA or other advanced degree
