Senior Finance Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner, supporting business decisions through insights and analysis
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Lead quarterly rolling forecasting processes, including financial and operational KPIs
• Maintain cost control, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Develop investment proposals and business cases
• Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiencies in financial reporting
• Deliver data-driven presentations and reports to the CFO, Managing Director, and senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial performance and streamline processes
• Support key projects such as staffing analysis, contract evaluations, and negotiations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mid level management finance role, preferably within port operations or the container/logistics industry
• Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Python is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of IFRS (mandatory)
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., IFS, Hyperion) is a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into business insights
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
• Experience supporting Lean or continuous improvement initiatives
