Senior Finance and Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations and assist with financial statement reviews
• Support data collection for tax filings and external audits, including 401(k) and workers' compensation audits
• Aid with ASC 842 lease accounting and fund administration
• Process and review expense reports and support client billing and invoicing
• Manage accounts payable disbursements and bank reconciliations for affiliated entities
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the company's ERP system
• Affiliate with contract reviews in coordination with legal and finance teams
• Support RFP submissions and manage new client registration portals and onboarding requirements
• Support quarterly reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Affiliate with project-level billing, reporting, and financial analysis
• Affiliate with ad-hoc financial and operational projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of prior experience in accounting, finance, or professional services preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intact, Acumatica, SAP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
• Comfort with learning and implementing new technology and programs, including AI tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in learning and growing within a finance organization

Pay

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000*
