Senior Finance Analyst, Northeast Region Finance, Sort Centers

About the role

The North American Sort Center team is responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), investment strategy, and new transportation initiatives for the operation. This role partners closely with a broad range of leaders across Operations, HR, Capacity Planning, and FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Provide business case for new investments, including financial analysis, funding strategy, and communication to senior leaders
• Support forward-looking financial planning and budgeting cycles
• Develop tools and processes that enhance the controllership of investment deployment, forecasting, and accounting
• Develop tools and processes that enhance the quality and scalability of investment decisions
• Financial support to business partners when it comes to investment strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field
• 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA preferred
• Experience in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
• Knowledge of Tableau
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos)
• Experience working with financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Base salary range: $73,600.00 - $128,800.00 USD annually
