Senior Filling & Dough Lead

Job Description: To prepare quality products in a timely manner for the production line Role And Responsibilities Working knowledge of operation of different types of process equipment with varying degrees of automationComprehend/ follow processes control instructions and/or formula recipes/ procedures (including completing paperwork)Spot check of batches madeEffectively communicate any batch schedule changesBackup support for SupervisorsCan fill in as a technician as needed Responsible for quality of products, ensuring that the correct amounts of good quality filling materials are usedWorking knowledge of all sanitary practices as they pertain to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and equipment washoutsCoordinate with Production personnel to successfully transfer product to the production linesPreparation of filling/ dough making materials for processingAssist in cleaning, maintaining and inventory of filling/ dough material storage areasAbility to use a manual pallet jack and stacker lift for retrieval of filling/ dough materialsOther duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum of 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorilyAbility to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; exhibit basic math and counting skillsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesThe employee understands the importance of food safety- Legality, Safety, Quality and Authenticity of the product. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
