We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Position Title: FIELD SAFETY MANAGER Location: SAN ANTONIO, TX FLSA Class: EXEMPT Responsible to: DIRECTOR OF HSQ Position Summary: The Field Senior Safety Manager is responsible for providing onsite health, safety, and environmental support during both the construction and operational phases of VoltaGrid’s large microgrid project. This role will be established during the construction phase and will remain during operations as the site safety role This unique, dual-phase role requires expertise in both OSHA 29 CFR 1926 (Construction) and OSHA 29 CFR 1910 (General Industry) standards to ensure a seamless transition from construction through commissioning and into long-term operations. The specialist will lead safety initiatives, support root cause investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a proactive safety culture across all site activities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of many duties. Other Requirements: list of requirements. We need sections: About the role (maybe position summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (maybe other requirements?), Qualifications (education/certifications), Skills (competencies), Benefits (none mentioned), Pay (none), Schedule (none). Since no explicit benefits, pay, schedule given, we should not create those sections. We need to decide what goes where. We have: - Position Summary: could be About the role. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Responsibilities. - Other Requirements: includes experience, knowledge, etc. Could be Requirements and Qualifications. We need to split: Requirements maybe experience, knowledge, etc. Qualifications maybe education, certifications. - Skills: list of competencies like communication, leadership, etc. Also physical demands etc. We must not invent placeholder text. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include location, FLSA class, responsible to maybe as a short paragraph under About the role? The instruction says: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include location, FLSA class, responsible to in a short paragraph under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Thus output:

We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because no info. We must not include boilerplate EEO etc. We removed. Check that we preserved all substantive info: location, FLSA class, responsible to, position summary, duties, other requirements (experience, knowledge, etc.), qualifications (education, certifications, experience with tools, hygiene), skills (physical demands, competencies). Did we miss any? Let's review original text. Original includes: - Position Title: FIELD SAFETY MANAGER (we omitted as heading but we can mention in About the role? Not required but we could include it in paragraph? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). It doesn't forbid mentioning it in paragraph. Could include but not necessary. We'll keep it out. - Location: SAN ANTONIO, TX (included) - FLSA Class: EXEMPT (included) - Responsible to: DIRECTOR OF HSQ (included) - Position Summary: we included. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: we included all bullet points. - Other Requirements: we split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. Let's verify each bullet from Other Requirements: Original "Other Requirements" paragraph: "Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) management systems or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in construction and operational safety, preferably in industrial, energy infrastructure, or data center environments. We have placed: - First 6 bullets in Requirements (experience, knowledge, etc.) plus communication etc. Actually we included communication etc in Requirements. That's fine. - Then Bachelor, certification, experience with data analysis, familiarity with hygiene practices in Qualifications. - Then physical demands and rest in Skills. Check we didn't miss any: "Willingness to work in field conditions and flexible schedules as required." included in Requirements. "Valid driver’s license and clean driving record." included.
