Senior Field Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to define marketing priorities and coordinate quarterly plans
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop articulate and launch technology offerings
  • Activate targeted marketing campaigns to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs)
  • Test, measure, and optimize campaigns while reporting and following leads through the sales process
  • Identify optimal marketing channels — including events, analyst relations, social media, and sales tools — to reach target audiences
  • Research and monitor the competitive market to inform strategy
  • Develop sales kits to accelerate the growth of existing accounts
  • Support case study development to highlight client successes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing, field marketing or demand generation role
  • Proficiency with common platforms for campaign tracking, analytics, marketing automation and segmentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and form productive working relationships across geographies
  • Clear communication to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience with complex projects in a high-volume business setting
  • Proactive approach that demonstrates flexibility and resourcefulness in ambiguity
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or English

Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing AI, generative AI or enterprise cloud services
  • Background in global B2B technology marketing

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, with individual offers within the range based on various factors.
