About the role

We are looking for a Senior Field Coordinator to join our Operations team on our project in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide field supervision of on-site trade work with a strong focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project schedule requirements.
  • Cookordinate material delivery and installation activities to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between trades to resolve conflicts and maintain progress.
  • Monitor workforce production and provide guidance to ensure compliance with Holder standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams to address issues and support overall project objectives.
  • Promote Holder’s zero-accident safety culture and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Mentor junior field staff and contribute to team development and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience in commercial construction field supervision.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Supervising large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and safety programs.
  • Willingness to relocate to projects as needed.
