Senior Field Applications Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work in 300mm fab and write inspection recipes on PDF’s e-beam tools.
• Drive wafer inspection and perform analysis to reduce yield loss on some of the world's most advanced ICs.
• Oversee the data pipeline from measurement and monitor data quality and health of tool.
• Perform R&D and experiments for improving and optimizing recipes based on data analysis.
• Lead complex engineering projects and drive continuous business process improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's degree or minimum 2 years of field experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science or similar engineering field.
• Experience working with inspection tools, including optical, voltage-contract or spectroscopy.
• Experience working in production environment and responding to customer requests with high standard results.
• Preferred: Experience in semiconductor industry (preferably sub-20nm FIN-fet technology), statistical data analysis in NumPy, JMP, Tableau, or MATLAB, Python or other programming experience (Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Perl, etc.), ability to interact with RD teams of different disciplines to resolve issues or drive improvement.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
