About the Role

This role focuses on enhancing family engagement, ensuring patients and families receive appropriate support and information throughout their care journey. The Senior Family Advocate acts as a liaison between staff and families, promoting patient and family-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities
