Senior Factory Planner

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate processes, material readiness, and build schedules
• Drive factory teams to check BOM and ECO implementations effectively
• Lead MP meetings with cross-functional teams during manufacturing phases
• Facilitate internal process improvements across teams and functions
• Ensure timely communication of project statuses to headquarters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management or Industrial Engineering preferred
• 12+ years of experience in CM/ODM Server project management
• Familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is a plus
• Advanced conflict resolution and project management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects efficiently

Pay

$176,000 – $276,000 annually
