About the Role
Responsible for the overall maintenance of all equipment and implementation of new equipment. Work is performed in shop conditions and can exceed 100°F.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment.
- Determine material, parts, and equipment needed for repair, installation, and stock.
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and related systems in all production and supporting departments.
- Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment.
- Complete all necessary documentation as described under company guidelines.
- Design and implement installation of new equipment and tools.
- Comply with all company safety rules and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
- 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance.
- 1+ years of electrical experience with certification.
- 1+ years of plumbing experience with certification.
- 1+ years of welding experience.

- Constant exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Constant reaching, grasping, and fine manipulation with both hands and arms.
- Constant standing and moving.
- Occasional bending/squatting.
- Occasional repetitive motion.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/industrial setting with moving machinery and equipment.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and chemical odors (monitored and regulated by EHS).
- Temperature fluctuations based on weather and facility conditions.
- PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, aprons, boots, respirator, etc.).
Pay
$35.00 – $42.00 per hour, DOE.
Schedule
Full-Time: Monday – Friday
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
